Julian is a barber turned business owner and the founder of Break Room Barbershop.
Like most barbers, he learned the craft first. The business side (pricing, positioning, building a team, creating systems) came from running a shop of his own.
He created these courses to teach the business behind barbering: the strategies that help barbers grow their value and help owners build shops that run beyond the chair.
